Hershey State Track Meet
The Montana Recreation and Park Association conducts the Hershey State Track meet each year in June. This year the state meet will be held in Colstrip, MT on Saturday, June 11th. It will be held at the Colstrip High School track with registration beginning at 9:00am and the events starting at 10:00am. "OUTSTANDING STATE CHAIRMAN/REGIONAL CHAIRMAN FOR REGION 3 FOR 2011"

Josh Zapata of the Colstrip Park and Recreation District was recently awarded the "Outstanding State Chairman/Regional Chairman for Region 3". Josh has been the Montana Chairman since 2007. This region includes the states of Alaska, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. It also includes the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon & Northwest Territories.
